ملحق الجلسة عن بُعد

تنظم BRACKETBRIDGE LIMITED هذه الجلسة. يغيّر هذا الملحق طريقة الحضور وطريقة تأكيد الموافقة فقط. تبقى بقية شروط النموذج الأصلي كما هي، بما فيها نطاق البيانات واستخداماتها والجهات المستلمة والنقل الدولي والاحتفاظ بالبيانات ومكافأة المشاركة وشروط الانسحاب. عند التعارض بشأن الحضور أو تأكيد الموافقة، يُعمل بهذا الملحق للجلسة عن بُعد.

1. كيفية المشاركة

تستخدم متصفح هاتفك أو جهازك للتحكم عن بُعد في جهاز MacBook تديره Bracketbridge وموجود في الإمارات، عبر رابط دعوة ورمز جلسة خاصين. لست مطالبًا بالحضور بجوار جهاز MacBook. لا تشارك الرابط أو الرمز مع الآخرين.

2. تسجيل الدخول والوصول

أدخل كلمة مرور حسابك ورمز التحقق بنفسك داخل نافذة تسجيل الدخول الأصلية على جهاز MacBook. لا ترسل بيانات الدخول في المحادثات أو البريد الإلكتروني، ولا تدخلها في حقول موقع Bracketbridge. يدير الموظفون المخوّلون جهاز MacBook وقد يتمكنون من رؤية شاشته والبيانات التي تتم مزامنتها؛ التحكم عن بُعد لا يجعل الجلسة خاصة عنهم. يمر اتصال التحكم عبر بوابة Bracketbridge، وينطوي الوصول عن بُعد على مخاطر إضافية تتعلق بالحساب والخصوصية.

3. مراجعة البيانات

قد تؤدي المزامنة إلى تنزيل بيانات حسابك على جهاز MacBook. يمكنك مراجعة البيانات مع المشرف واستبعاد ما لا ترغب في مشاركته قبل تأكيد الرفع، وفقًا للنموذج الأصلي. استخدام الجلسة عن بُعد لا يوسّع نطاق البيانات التي وافقت على تقديمها.

4. موافقتك الإلكترونية

بعد قراءة النموذج الأصلي وهذا الملحق، يشكّل تحديد مربعي التأكيد المطلوبين والضغط على زر التأكيد في صفحة الجلسة موافقتك الإلكترونية على كليهما. لا يُطلب توقيع منفصل في هذا المسار. يُسجَّل قرارك مع إصدار المستند ووقت التأكيد ومعرّفي الحجز والجلسة. يمكنك طرح أسئلتك على المشرف قبل الموافقة.

5. إنهاء الجلسة والانسحاب

المشاركة طوعية، ويمكنك إنهاء التحكم عن بُعد في أي وقت. إنهاء الاتصال لا يسجّل خروجك تلقائيًا من حسابك ولا يحذف البيانات المرفوعة. يتولى المشرف إجراءات تسجيل الخروج وتنظيف جهاز الجمع. لطلبات الانسحاب أو الحذف، تواصل مع المشرف أو help@bracketbridge.com؛ تظل الحقوق والشروط والحدود الواردة في النموذج الأصلي سارية.

تظل مكافأة المشاركة 200 دولار أمريكي، وتُدفع فور إتمام الرفع بنجاح، وفقًا للنموذج الأصلي.

Remote-session addendum

BRACKETBRIDGE LIMITED organizes this session. This addendum changes only how you attend and confirm consent. All other original terms remain unchanged, including data scope, uses, recipients, international transfers, retention, compensation and withdrawal. Where attendance or acceptance wording conflicts, this addendum applies to remote participation.

1. How you participate

You use your phone or device browser to control a Bracketbridge-managed MacBook located in the UAE through a private invitation link and session code. You do not need to be physically beside the MacBook. Do not share the link or code with others.

2. Sign-in and access

Enter your account password and verification code yourself in the MacBook's native account sign-in window. Do not send credentials through chat or email, or enter them in Bracketbridge website fields. Authorized staff administer the MacBook and may be able to see its screen and synchronized data; remote control does not make your session private from them. The remote-control connection passes through Bracketbridge's gateway and introduces additional account-access and privacy risks.

3. Reviewing your data

Synchronization may download account data onto the MacBook. You can review it with your moderator and exclude content you do not wish to share before confirming upload, as described in the original form. Remote participation does not expand the data scope you agree to provide.

4. Electronic acceptance

After reading the original form and this addendum, selecting both required confirmation boxes and pressing the confirmation button on the session page constitutes your electronic acceptance of both documents. No separate signature is required in this flow. Your decision is recorded with the document version, confirmation time, booking ID and session ID. Ask your moderator any questions before accepting.

5. Ending access and withdrawing

Participation is voluntary and you can end remote control at any time. Ending the connection does not automatically sign you out of your account or delete submitted data. The moderator handles sign-out and collection-device cleanup. Contact your moderator or help@bracketbridge.com for withdrawal or deletion requests; the original form's rights, conditions and limitations still apply.

The participation reward remains USD 200, paid immediately after successful upload, under the original form.
