Service scope

Bracket Bridge provides contract-based AI training data acquisition, participant study operations, data quality control, product, and infrastructure services. Commercial services are governed by written client agreements and project-specific notices.

Project-specific legal information

Some studies may require additional legal information, such as the formal contracting entity, client controller, data protection contact, local representative, payment terms, consent language, or local participant notice. That information should be provided in the project-specific materials for the relevant study.

Participant compensation and referrals

Bracket Bridge may offer modest study honoraria and referral rewards. Amounts, payout timing, eligibility, tax or reporting treatment, and disqualification rules are project-specific and governed by the booking terms, referral materials, and project instructions.

Voluntary participation and recording

A booking is not consent to participate or be recorded. Each recorded person must receive the project-specific information and sign the informed consent form before collection starts. Participant-facing details are available on the Participation & Consent page.

Data ownership and control

Client project data remains client-controlled unless a written agreement says otherwise. Bracket Bridge does not present itself as owning client project data. Data processing, audit rights, deletion, security, and transfer terms are set by the applicable agreement.
