These terms apply to the booking and participant tools on data.bracketbridge.com. Client agreements and project-specific study notices control the actual study, data ownership, deliverables, and compensation details.

Submitting the booking form sends a request to reserve a study appointment or availability window. A booking may still need confirmation, matching, eligibility review, location coordination, or moderator follow-up before participation is final.
Please provide accurate contact details and availability. If your phone number, eligibility, language, or availability changes, contact the study team as soon as possible so the appointment can be updated.
Participation terms, payment, required tools, recording rules, consent, withdrawal, eligibility, and deliverables are explained in the relevant project notice or study instructions. You should not participate if you do not understand or agree with the project-specific terms.
For referral links created through the public VOCI referral page, CHF 15 becomes eligible for each referred person who completes a qualifying recording. Canceled, duplicate, declined, incomplete, fraudulent, ineligible, or quality-rejected participation does not count. The private dashboard shows tracked progress; payment remains subject to operational verification and payout coordination by the VOCI team.
Bracket Bridge works on a contract basis. Client project data, ownership, permitted use, security requirements, processing instructions, retention, audit rights, payment, warranties, and liability are governed by the applicable written client agreement and project notice. If these website terms conflict with a signed agreement, the signed agreement controls for that project.
Do not submit false information, impersonate another person, interfere with the booking system, attempt unauthorized access, upload unlawful material, or record another person without permission where a study requires consent from all participants.
Slots may change because of moderator availability, venue availability, technical issues, eligibility limits, duplicate bookings, quality requirements, or client project changes. Bracket Bridge may reschedule, cancel, or reject a booking when needed for study operations or safety.
These pages are public operating notices and do not replace legal review, procurement review, a signed data processing agreement, or a project-specific participant consent process.

Use an email address you control and provide accurate information. Expert qualifications are self-declared unless explicitly identified as reviewed. Company registration alone does not grant access to company records or transfer ownership or data-use rights. Company access requires administrator approval and relevant authority. Creating an account does not guarantee eligibility, a booking, work or payment. Account terms acceptance and privacy-notice acknowledgement are recorded separately from optional contact preferences and project-specific study consent.
The study-specific agreement determines compensation, eligibility, timing and any expense reimbursement. Provide accurate, authorized payout details and report mistakes promptly. A prepared or exported payment is not a completed transfer; a manually recorded payment status is not independent bank verification. You can contact support@bracketbridge.com to dispute an amount or payment status. Any verification, withholding, correction or rejection must follow the applicable agreement and law. These terms do not retrospectively remove earned compensation, create a blanket tax exemption or waive mandatory participant or data-protection rights.
