Booking request
Submitting the booking form sends a request to reserve a study appointment or availability window. A booking may still need confirmation, matching, eligibility review, location coordination, or moderator follow-up before participation is final.
Accurate information
Please provide accurate contact details and availability. If your phone number, eligibility, language, or availability changes, contact the study team as soon as possible so the appointment can be updated.
Study participation
Participation is entirely voluntary. Booking or attending does not require a person to participate and does not authorize recording. Before any study collection starts, each participant must receive the project-specific information, have a reasonable opportunity to ask questions, and sign the current informed consent form. No moderator, referrer, friend, client, or Bracket Bridge representative may pressure or mislead a person into participating.
Every person whose voice, image, screen, actions, or other personal data will be recorded must provide their own consent. One participant, friend, or referrer cannot consent for another person. The moderator must verify all required signed forms before recording starts.
Participation compensation
Study compensation is an honorarium for eligible participants who attend, complete the required session or task, follow study instructions, and pass reasonable quality and fraud checks. The current public VOCI offer is CHF 65 per eligible participant for a valid completed session unless the project-specific materials clearly state a different amount. Amounts, timing, payout method, and eligibility can differ by project.
Compensation is not payment for waiving privacy rights or agreeing to unrelated optional processing. A participant may decline before recording or ask to pause or stop. The project notice and signed form must explain before the session whether withdrawal, a no-show, or an incomplete task results in partial, delayed, or no compensation.
Referral rewards
Referral rewards are paid only when a referred participant is eligible, books through the valid referral link or code, attends or completes the qualifying study, and passes duplicate, quality, fraud, and administrative checks. A referral reward is not earned merely by sharing a link or creating a booking request. The current public VOCI referral offer is CHF 15; another campaign may state CHF 30 or another amount in its own written instructions.
Study advertisements and social posts
Any post mentioning CHF 65, CHF 15, CHF 30, or another reward must make the material conditions easy to find and must link directly to the applicable booking and participation terms. “Participate, get CHF 65” means payment after eligible, valid completion under the published project rules. “Bring a friend, get CHF 15” means payment to the registered referrer only after the referred person qualifies, completes the study, and passes the stated checks.
Posts and referral messages must not promise guaranteed income, hide eligibility conditions, imitate personal recommendations without disclosure, target people through spam or scraped lists, or suggest that anyone is required to participate.
Consent withdrawal and collected data
The project-specific notice must explain how to withdraw consent and what withdrawal can and cannot change. Withdrawal does not automatically undo processing that was lawful before withdrawal. Data already delivered under a valid project process, or data irreversibly anonymized so it can no longer be linked to a participant, may not be retrievable. Participants may contact support@bracketbridge.com for the project-specific route.
No employment or agency relationship
Participation and referrals do not create employment, contractor, agency, partnership, or sales-representative status. Participants and referrers are not authorized to bind Bracket Bridge, make promises on its behalf, or advertise guaranteed income.
Payment holds and disqualification
Bracket Bridge may withhold, reduce, cancel, or delay payment where there is a no-show, incomplete session, failed eligibility, duplicate record, incorrect contact or payout details, low-quality or unusable submission, consent issue, policy breach, suspected fraud, self-referral, manipulated referral traffic, spam, or misleading recruitment.
Taxes and reporting
Participants and referrers are responsible for any personal tax, social security, or reporting obligations that may apply to compensation or referral rewards in their country. Bracket Bridge may request reasonable payout or administration information and keep payment records where required for accounting, tax, audit, fraud prevention, or legal obligations.
Client agreements control
Bracket Bridge works on a contract basis. Client project data, ownership, permitted use, security requirements, processing instructions, retention, audit rights, payment, warranties, and liability are governed by the applicable written client agreement and project notice. If these website terms conflict with a signed agreement, the signed agreement controls for that project.
Participant conduct
Do not submit false information, impersonate another person, interfere with the booking system, attempt unauthorized access, upload unlawful material, or record another person without permission where a study requires consent from all participants.
Availability and changes
Slots may change because of moderator availability, venue availability, technical issues, eligibility limits, duplicate bookings, quality requirements, or client project changes. Bracket Bridge may reschedule, cancel, or reject a booking when needed for study operations or safety.
No compliance guarantee
These pages are public operating notices and do not replace legal review, procurement review, a signed data processing agreement, or a project-specific participant consent process.
